Description
Learn to define, protect, and strategically leverage intellectual property as a core dimension of innovation. Develop the ability to assess what can be owned, what can be defended, and how value is captured over time. Explore how patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and emerging forms of IP shape competitive advantage, and make thoughtful decisions about ownership, openness, and collaboration.
